High Energy Disc Systems

IMG-FKS-35A2_01.jpg

Series A2

Profi-Line high energy disc systems are designed according to the two-batch system developed by Rösler. The two-batch technology automatically offers simultaneous processing and separation in the best quality. Part mixing from batch to batch can be elimintaed. For particularly large quantities of work pieces, the A2 system can be expanded to an A3 system, thereby enabling the simultaneous processing of three work piece batches.

Series E-A

The concept of the E-A high energy disc systems is an automated work flow in a compact design. This system technology can easily be linked with automated work piece loading and drying systems. Even demanding separation tasks can be solved reliably and reproducibly with this system configuration.

Consumables - Compounds

csm_fluid_2e10c0f25d.webp

Liquid

Liquid compounds that can be easily and flexibly metered with automatic systems can be used for a wide range of applications - from acid pickling to highly alkaline degreasing and corrosion protection for sensitive materials.

csm_powder_f3423e1c2b.webp

Powdered

We use powder compounds to enhance certain effects of the liquid compounds. For example, if parts with particularly high level of oil or grease enter the process and need to be degreased/cleaned during the mass finishing process or parts need particularly strong corrosion protection.

csm_paste_2b3a9d1ab4.webp

Pastes

For some mass finshing processes, we also use compounds in paste form. Well-known products include grinding and polishing pastes for the Rösler Keramo Finish® process for smoothing and polishing steel, stainless steel, or many other alloys.

Plastic Media

Plastic abrasive is used for smoother finishing of softer materials. It is used for gentle deburring, edge rounding and grinding of aluminum, brass and copper.                        There are many variations in the efficiency of plastic media, taking into account the types, formats and size of the media.

Roller conveyor blast machine for weldments - RRBK

The RRBK is the extended version of a roller conveyor blast machine. It was specially developed for the all-round processing of large, complex steel structures. By positioning the turbines in two “rings” on the blast cabin, all surfaces of the steel structures are cleaned in a single pass.

Spinner hanger blast machines - RHBE

Spinner hanger blast machines are highly flexible and characterized by their particularly compact and space-saving design. Depending on the requirements, the systems can be equipped with a wide variety of transport systems. The single-rail guides the hook directly into the blast cabin. With the open Y-track, two trolleys are alternatively moved into the blast chamber for processing while the other hook can be loaded.

rmt100_edited.png

Multi-Tumbler - RMT

Thanks to the gap-free design of its work piece drum, the “RMT” multi-tumbler is particularly well suited for small parts processing. With this system, work pieces can be thoroughly cleaned from scale, sand, or rust in short cycle times.
At the same time, the RMT is a shot blast machine with special inner values. The inner wall of the multi-tumbler barrel has specially shaped ribs, and the bottom has been designed as a three-sided pyramid.

preservation-line_edited.png

Preservation lines - PL

A preservation line is a highly complex, individually configured surface treatment system that fully automatically pre-heats, de-rusts, and descales and then applies a temporary corrosion protection – the welding primer – to steel. Preservation lines can take on enormous dimensions. They are used where large quantities of steel sheets or profiles have to be processed (e.g. in shipyards, steel trades, or rolling mills).

Foto 8 - RHBD-K 22_27_HD.png

Spinner hanger blast machines - RHBD

The RHBD-T continuous feed spinner hanger blast machine is essentially a spinner hanger blast batch machine with two doors to allow the linear flow of parts through the machine, while still allowing extended blast cycle times.
The overhead conveyor is also available as a RHBD-K continuous feed spinner hanger blast machine. In the K version, continuous feed spinner hanger blast machines are particularly suitable for the throughput of high quantities and large, solid work pieces.

RMBC_edited_edited_edited_edited.png

Tumble belt blast machine - RMBC

The tumble belt blast machine is also referred to as a loop belt machine. Inside the blast chamber, the work pieces are constantly in motion thanks to an endlessly rotating rubber or steel belt with continuous mixing.
Batch tumble belt machines allow the effective shot blasting of work pieces that can tumble over each other without the risk of damage. They can handle extremely small as well as large, heavy work pieces with a high degree of efficiency.
