High Energy Disc Systems

Series A2
Profi-Line high energy disc systems are designed according to the two-batch system developed by Rösler. The two-batch technology automatically offers simultaneous processing and separation in the best quality. Part mixing from batch to batch can be elimintaed. For particularly large quantities of work pieces, the A2 system can be expanded to an A3 system, thereby enabling the simultaneous processing of three work piece batches.

Series E-A
The concept of the E-A high energy disc systems is an automated work flow in a compact design. This system technology can easily be linked with automated work piece loading and drying systems. Even demanding separation tasks can be solved reliably and reproducibly with this system configuration.

Ceramic Chips
Ceramic abrasive is truly versatile. It is ideal for aggressive grinding and edge rounding of harder materials, as well as for deburring softer materials such as aluminum and brass. There are countless variants of efficiency with ceramic media, considering media types, shapes and sizes.

Plastic Chips
Plastic abrasive is used for smoother finishing of softer materials. It is used for gentle deburring, edge rounding and grinding of aluminum, brass and copper. There are many variations in the efficiency of plastic media, taking into account the types, formats and size of the media.

SHOT BLASTING
Turbine / Wheel Blasting

RMBD
Continuous rotary belt jet machine
The continuous rotary belt machine allows continuous processing of parts extracted in batches or in line, whether or not they are sensitive to the piece-to-piece process. The conveying system is built with interchangeable and easily accessible slats.

VB H
Wet blasting machine, automatic or manual:
The VB H wet blasting machine is made entirely of stainless steel and has two side doors. The highly efficient pumps guarantee perfect product-water mixing and therefore a repeatable result. The system also allows the use of fine abrasives, which cannot be safely used in the dry process.

RRBK
Roller conveyor shot blasting machine for welded assemblies
The RRBK is an extended version of the roller conveyor blast machine. It has been specially developed for the complete processing of larger and more complex steel structures. By positioning the turbines in two "rings" in the blasting cabin, all surfaces of the metal structures are reached in a single pass.

RHBD
Continuous shot blasting machine
The continuous shot blasting machine in its RHBD-K version works with an overhead conveyor and is particularly suitable for producing large quantities of large, solid parts. The system can be integrated into existing conveyor systems or equipped as a stand-alone solution with a circular conveyor system.

AST
Blasting machine with robot and tilting rotary table
The AST blast machine has a motorized rotary table mounted on an electric swivel arm. This makes it possible to load/unload parts outside the machine. The system is compact and ergonomic, where the robot can process the workpiece with various tools. It is possible to add satellites and/or vertical jibs to the rotary table for internal processing.
AM SOLUTIONS
Additive Manufacturing

S1
The intelligent all-rounder for surface cleaning and finishing - S1
The new generation S1 sets new standards for the post-processing of parts from powder-based polymer additive manufacturing processes. The intelligent plug-and-play solution impresses by being able to perform cleaning and surface finishing all in one independent unit. In addition, it is also suitable for the surface finishing of powder-free metal components made from non-reactive metals.

M1 Basic
Basic, compact finishing system for processing individual components or small batches
As a highly economical basic machine, the M1 Basic can be integrated into your production line as a completely independent system. This equipment solution is also distinguished by its compact design and ease of operation. It is ideal for homogenizing and polishing the surfaces of 3D printed components made of metal or plastic.

M3 Pro
High-performance finishing system and perfect results in every detail
The M3 Pro system is ideal for post-processing 3D printed components made of plastic or metal, whenever these components are delicate, have a complex geometric shape and require extremely careful processing.
